How good are these old Meyers. They have an insert on the table. They are NY Meyers but how do they play? How rare? Value?

I've never played them, but from what I read, they are supposed to be very good players and hold a value just slightly less than the meyer bros and meyer usa mouthpieces. The most intersting part of the mouthpece is the cutaway in the table, which was done away with in the next meyer bros version. I believe there were some issues related to the cutaway which led to it's removal in the next version, which was the most famous meyer bros model.
