wwbw mouthpiece trial?

Hi, can someone explain to me the mouthpiece trial program at wwbw.com or if they have one. I heard they did, but can't seem to find anything on the website. All the stores around here carry limited classical mouthpieces as everyone around here is into the jazz scene, so I was planning to try some from the website.

Typically, you can order up to 4 mouthpieces, pay 25% of each one and send back what you don't like minus a $3.50 sterilization charge. You need to call them to do the trial.

Does that mean that you can get your original 25% of the mpc price back when you ship it back, or do they keep that AND the sterilization charge?

Actually, you are not required to setup the trial in advance. WWBW and Music123 have a 45 day return policy on mouthpiece purchases. You buy one or more mouthpieces with a credit card. Before 45 days elapses go to your account on their website. Go to your orders. Choose the order with the mouthpiece(s) to be returned. Click on the highlighted RETURN option. That will generate the Return Authorization and provide you with complete instructions. Pack, insure, send. Usually within 10-14 days after they receive the returned mouthpiece(s) they will process xour refund. Last December I ordered 4 NY Link 7's and 4 NY Link 7*'s and returned all eight for a full refund minus the $3.50 sterilization fee and shipping back to WWBW.
