Some SOTWers have reported difficulty finding Sigurd Rascher mpcs in stores or online.
MusiciansFriend.com shows all 4 sizes (SATB) "in stock" as of today. Going to the main page and typing "rascher" into the search box should bring them up.
They're located in Oregon, probably 1000+ miles from the nearest Rascherian, which explains why they're not OUT of stock, but not why they stock them in the first place.
