Is there a big difference between these two. In the moment i play Hahn reeds on soprano, alto and tenor, and i´m very happy with these. Has anybody played Fiberreeds and as comparison Hahn reeds? What experience have you made?

The fibracells are brighter and IMHO have a more realistic cane like sound quality to them.

I think fibracells and fiberreeds are different reeds

Down here in Aus Hahn's a beer. Sounds like a pretty good reed.

My bad, I misread -- it does say fiberreeds.
I have had experience with the Harry Hartman fibereeds and think they play very bright and freeblowing, but the are softer than rated, so go a size up of you purchase some.
The hahns to me were dark and dull and not very can reedlike -- buts thats me.

I am trying both Hartman Top Tone Fiberreed (the one that looks like a Zebra) and a Hahn.
Both are great!! It is difficult to find the difference. Fiberreed it is a little brighter.
They play EASY and GREAT!!! I am loving them!

I've only tried Fibracells. I'd be interested in trying a Hahn though. I can tell you that, after my initial excitement with Fibracell, I've gone back to cane reeds. There's just no substitute. However, I do find it nice to have a guaranteed player in my case for when my 1 good cane reed out of a box is shot. ;)
