Can someone tell me a bit about the Jaguar? Bootman? I've been playing a sugal SGII for several years and it has the volume and type of sound I like. However, in the eternal quest for something even better, I'm getting curious about other options. Just got a Crat tenor that has opened up some things for me (after years on the Mark VI). Is it possible to order a Jaguar on a trial basis?

Thanks much

Just realized this belongs in the Runyan thread. Sorry, but feel free to respond anyway.

Santy Runyon has never made a bad mouthpiece and the Jaguar is one of his best.
I don't know if it will give you what you're looking for but no one ever went wrong, dealing with Runyon.

There is quite a bit in the thread in the Runyon area. Mr Santy Runyon is quite the gentleman too - he not only took a fair bit of his valuable time with my Taragato Mouthpiece project, but when the mouthpieces he built arrived he included a mouthpiece for my 10 year old begining Alto player to make sure a good start was had! At his plant the people are really helpful and nice to talk to as well! Good people with a great product!
