Don't stop the Carnival is a Trini Folk Song, it is basically two riffs repeated. I would suggest transcribing it for yourself. If you're really stuck then I can write it out for you but I would urge you to transcribe it for yourself. It's a catchy tune and the lyrics are quite humorous too.

The Chords are the same for both sections.
IV, #IV dim, V7, VIm7, IIm7, V7, I (VIm7).
