I'm trying to get my head around the various types of Otto Links, so tell me about this one here. (http://link.marktplaats.nl/289495998) Did they make a model with the facing number on top of the shank? I can't find it in the databases.

Some refacers used to hand stamp the new size after they worked on them. Could be...?

I think it's a long shank pre current model. So refaced and from 70-80's roughly

I have an STM for bari that has the number on the back of the shank and it was sold to me as a 1970s Link. My research suggests that representation is correct. I've compared it with a modern Link and with vintage Links and it has all the traits of the vintage models.
