I have a Woodwind Co. Sparkleaire Baritone piece with a chamber design I've never seen. As best I can describe, it has a large rounded chamber that constricts in the shape of a key-hole or skull shape. Or another way to describe the shape is that it looks light-bulb or skull shaped as you view from the shank. Any Ideas?
Thanks...

A Wells mouthpiece? Don't know anything about them but I found this thread:

Definitely a Wells piece. Or at least one modified to be like one. That keyhole design is a trademark.

My understanding is that some Frank Wells mouthpieces feature keyhole-shaped windows, not keyhole-shaped chambers or throats. (The keyhole window is depicted in Wells's mouthpiece patent, which is available online.) The keyhole-shaped throat (similar to an inverted numeral 8) is a feature of the Henry Lindeman mouthpieces produced by the Woodwind Co. The Sparkle-Aire you have might be a Lindeman in disguise.
