Anyone heard of JDS?

Hey,

Has anyone heard of a brand called, JDS (I'm assuming that's its name since it is the only marking). My family owns a soprano sax from the manufacturer (model number N838134) and I can't seem to find any information on it at all, such as quality, value, ect. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just another obscure name, made in some place that is not proud of having made it? China/Taiwan/India?

This is a super old tread but I too have a JDS soprano. Some sort of Black Nickel finish. I hate to say it but I like it. It's not well made and will probably wear out in a couple of years but it works really well. I've not seen another and would be interested to know if you still have the instrument and would be willing to sell it? If not - keep playin.
