ida grassi identification help please

hi all, been sick for a few months now, but finally getting back on my feet slowly and to celebrate bought a ida grassi tenor but unsure of it's age could anyone help please. it's numbers say-27631 reg trade mark 17,433 C/70 u.s.a.358.195 it has green rollers. many thanks
