sorry to hear about that. i dealt with a guy in california named spencer smallwood, and he was a good ebayer and great guy. i wonder if theyre related? is your guy out in california?
on another subject...being the berg-man, do you know of anyone including yourself tht may be interested in a vintage metal berg straightbill bullet chamber tenor mouthpiece? hold on to your pants...it's a 170/1 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yes, and all original.

Berg-Man: Too bad about your dealings with this guy, but for meaningful advice, I think more details are necessary. For instance, where do you live and where does the "suspect" live? What kind of arrangement did you both have going in? How was the initial deal arranged? Have you attempted other methods of making contact or making formal demands, etc. Have you created a step-by-step recordation of the process (dates, times, locations, exact conversations, documentation, etc.)?
There may be a crime involved - or it just may be a civil dispute. A lot depends on the jurisdiction(s), the amount involved, and the agreement. DAVE
