Books for doublers?

Hello,
Are there currently any books specifically aimed at teaching doubles? I need to learn flute & clarinet (possibly oboe/bassoon), but don't have the extra time or $$$ to take extra lessons. Applied music fees are no longer waived at my college, so any effective self-teaching method that doesn't go all the way back to "this is a clef, a whole note, etc." would be great.

Try to audit a music teaching methods class: Flute method, oboe method. Their intent is to teach non-players to teach beginners how to play. They assume you have a proficiency at an instrument and basic musical knowledge.

The rubank books are standard issue for this sort of class, so if you only want the books, these are what I would recommend as a starting place for any instrument in general.

Chris Vadala has a book with exercises that work out some difficult aspects of doubling.

Yes, "Guide Teaching Woodwinds" by Fred Westphal. It's geared toward teaching winds to kids, but it's a great resource for doubling.
