The one you should keep is the one that pleases you more, unless you're only interested in keeping the one with the greater value, in which case I'd have to keep the VI. If the Super 20 is a better player for you, sell the VI and get more money for your effort. I was faced with a similar issue this weekend between a 1940 King Zephyr and a five year old Selmer SA-80 Series III alto. I decided to stay with the Zephyr because I think it has the more robust and resonant tone between the two, not because I could get more money for the Selmer. It's obviously a personal choice, and a tough one.

Stand by for a long-winded response to what you probably thought was going to be a short and simple answer to your question:
There are too many unknown variables for me to give you a good answer to that question. For example, condition of the sax (dents, dings, finish, whether lacquer is original, pads, resonators, springs, cork, felt, etc.), and where you intend to sell it (eBay, consignment, SOTW, etc.), are the primary factors.
I'm not, nor do I pretend to be, an expert at this. I've just done a lot of personal buying and selling on eBay and here, and enjoy monitoring the prices of used/vintage horns on various online sources such as saxquest, worldwide sax, vintagesax, usahorn, etc.
With all those things considered, and not to dodge your question, my best guess would be that a King Super 20 alto (not Silversonic with silver bell and neck) in good playable condition should sell in the range of $1200 to $1500 and maybe more on eBay, depending on who's shopping during the 5-7 days you try to sell it, and how you offer it for sale. To some extent, selling something like this on eBay is a roll of the dice in terms of the small window of opportunity you have to attract just the right customer before your auction period runs out. The same is true here at SOTW, in that you just a short time to attract prospective buyers because your offer gets quickly buried by newer ones that keep getting added to the pile every minute.
I'm not sure how consignment deals are arranged in terms of what percentage you give up to the seller in order to get the advantage of exposing your deal to their customer base, but you would get a longer opportunity to attract buyers and probably would get a higher price, but I don't know that for sure.
I know that's a lot more than you wanted to know about what you might get for your Super 20, but I couldn't help myself.
Good luck!

There are some who remove the lacquer on purpose because they think it produces a better sound - more resonance, or something like that. Those are incredible prices for a Super 20 and VI tenor. MKVI altos in good shape are selling from $3K to $5-6K, and tenors probably in the same general range, maybe a bit more.
