I've been reading a lot about how great the new Antigua sops are. I would preferrably play a curved over a straight, but am on a budget. Is Antigua going to be coming out with a curved model of these new horns? I've played other cheaper curved horns like the Cannonballs, but was not impressed at all. I on a budget, and the Antiguas seem to be what I'm looking for. I played an older 558 curved and liked it but want a newer model, hopefully it will be better. :)

From Antigua website, they list a model of curved sop., but i haven't heard any comment on them yet: http://www.antiguawinds.com/products/saxophones/A558LQ.html

The Antigua curved soprano is not based on the same design as the straight sopranos they are now making. We feel that the straight models by Antigua are far superior to the curved model they offer. That is why I do not stock the curved Antigua soprano.
In our opinion, the only curved worth buying right now is the actual Yanagisawas.

Thanks Kessler. How much do the Yanigisawas run for on average?

Currently, I have the SC992 in stock which is the bronze model of their new design. I sell that brand new at $2795.00
