It's had some revisions to it's finish over the years, and broke it's octave key. I wonder if it was all satin gold with burnished engraving areas on the bell, and now all slathered over with ancient lacquer. In some places three layers may be visible ( around the bell rim): the base silver plate, gold plate, and lacquer.

The Rudy W. banner seems similar to this banner touting "Courturier Model."

Recently, there was a Court. C mel with exquisite engraving that went for over $600, and I think this guy is holding out for $475.

Interesting 'deluxe'-engraving on a L&H 'Couturier Model' made in 1924.

http://www.audioenglish.net/dictionary/couturier.htm

1. 'cool'
2. 'took'
3. 'r'
4. 'beer'

It's a try. I'd better taken a cool beer.
