CONSTRUCTION: Spare parts for gold medal tenor

Is there anywhere I can get a floating thumbrest for my Gold Medal Tenor also an Eb key guard. This is a fantastic sounding sax but has these two parts missing. My Rev D alto #11xxx has a fixed pearl thumbrest is this normal?

Yes - several of the earlier SMLs had that pearl thumbrest (including my #116xx tenor).

I took my a while, but I'm used to it now. Those rocking ones sure are comfy, though...

My 12xxx alto and 14xxx tenor both have the rocking thumbrest. I like it. Good luck finding a replacement for one, that will prove quite tough.
