I have decided that I would really like to play Scaramouche for solo ensemble this year. I know it will be a challenge that will involve an abundance of rigorous practice, but I would like the reward at the end in late April (which gives me well over a month to practice).

I have just a few questions:

I've previewed the piece before, and it seems fine except the copy I was looking at was missing some pages. How many pages total is this piece?

Furthermore, if I cannot get a hold of the other pages, is there anyone here that is willing to email the remainder? It would be appreciated much.

Thanks guys,
BSG

Haha, Scaramouche: The piece that almost every serious saxophonist in Tennessee does sometime during their high school career. Fun piece. If nobody else has it I can scan it for you, although my scanner isn't very good.

BTW, did you make governor's school?

Thanks for the offer. I may have to get back with you.

Although I had talked with you about governor's school, I decided to wait until next year to try out. Everyone says that everyone there is a junior and it would be better to be a junior.

Missed out on seeing at Mid State this year. ;)

Yeah, most kids there last year were juniors. Although there were about 10 sophomores in the band. Just PM if you need the copy.
