DG-500GL TENOR SAXOPHONE Dave Guardala

Can anyone help?? I'm thinking about purchasing either the Dave Guardala Tenor sax or the Selmer Series III Tenor. I have been looking at different web sites, and most prices for the DG-tenor are around 3100 to the USA. Any comments would help.

Can you get a brand new Guardala horn today? The production was stop at least 3 years ago I think.

Pricing is OK if you can get a new one. Either Guardala DG-500GL (VERY YELLOWISH GOLD), DG-500BN or DG-501BN are very good. All has sounds different. But Black Nickel (DG-501BN & DG-500BN) are much expensive than BN-500GL.

the DG 500L is a fine horn....it's made me very happy for the past few years. HUGE sound!
