Contacting the Borgani factory

Has anyone had any luck getting a response from the factory using the CONTACT PAGE (http://www.borgani.com/touch.htm)??

I have sent several messages and been waiting two weeks. Is there a better way to contact them? I'm thinking of writing a snail mail letter...I need a few simple parts and a little bit of information on a horn I'm working on...

Hi I bought a vintage Borgani tenor saxophone in November 2008 and emailed borgani to find out more about the age of the sax based on the serial number. I contacted them using the contact email address on their web site. Orfeo Borgani replied very quickly and requested photos to help in providing more information. I would try again as they were very helpful. I understand they are a small operation but are very good to deal with. Hope that helps.

Did you find an actual email address on their web page? I have been filling out their contact form (just did my third weekly message over two weeks) and have received no response.

Hi I just filled in the contact form. I have attached my email and response if it helps.
Dear Mr. Patterson,
thanking for your kind message, we regret to inform you that we are
not able to find out the information you request.
Unfortunately it's not possible to go back to the model from the serial
number, because there's never been a sequence on numbers and moreover because of the extremely long history of our production.
Lots of files have been lost all over these years.
If you send us a photo of the horn we can say you the period but not the exact year.
Really sorry about that.
