Hi!

I am looking for the sheet music of Greensleeves.
I have found several versions, but I need the version that was written by John Coltrane for alto sax.

Greensleeves is a traditional Coltrane played. If you find a transcription of one of the Coltrane versions, it will most probably be for soprano or in concert key, but not for alto.

Greensleeves by John Coltrane can be found at Andrews Muisc in Washington D.C. But it's for Bb instruments. He originally did it on the soprano sax. I have it. I also have the solo by Coltrane that I got from Andrews. It isn't too hard and you'd have to transpose it to Eb. Just take it down a 3rd.

Are there any somewhat jazzy arrangements Greensleeves written for a concert band? I am in a 65+ member concert band & want an excuse to be featured on my soprano at our December concert.
