VANDOREN BARI MOUTHPIECE

Hi Folks,
I just got a new Vandoren bari mouthpiece Model B95 SM434.
It has to be the best one I have ever used for Jazz and Big Band. It plays
ppp to FFF without any stress. open and slight edgy sound when demanded.. I love it. I replaced my Otto Link Super tonemaster for it and did not look back. You gotta love it in the shuffle mode.

I have just gotten bit with the bug of measuring mouthpieces as I begin to delve into refacing...the Vandoren's that I have have incredibly precise facings compared to almost anything else...even the 'premier' hand-faced pieces. Flat table, exactly parallel rails, perfectly radial facing curves... the whole thing. I'm wondering why they're in my drawer and not in my gig bag!!
