I have been searching for this and can notfind it anywhere.. Anyone ever seen a copy of it? If so where might I find it. Thanks a ton.

go to Sheetmusicplus.com and do a search on Grover Washington.
There is a transcription book available with Mister Magic along with a bunch of his bigger hits. Transcriptions are really nice

they also sell on ebay, think there's a book up there at the moment, I've just received the 'Grover Washington' book from them, Mr Magic is in the sensible tenor key of Dm, with chords for both tenor & piano/guitar.
The book transposes for the saxes Grover actually used on the tunes, tenor/alto/soprano - on ebay the listings state either 'soprano' or 'tenor' or 'alto' - but its the same book !
