As I recall, 2 of the numbers transposed well into the range of the bari sax and 2 did not (were too low and would sound not-so-good up an octave). I played those 2 on a Wind Synthesizer. So in addition to all those doubles, I hauled in an amp too!.
I am not aware of any published transposed parts.

I performed on bari for a production of West Side Story earlier this year. It was a reduced orchestra chart, and my part called for Bari, Bb Clarinet, Bass Clarinet, and Flute. Presumeably, they either transposed the bass sax part up an octave for the bari where it was out of range (much of the bari stuff hits low A, but some is up a fair bit) or planted it in the bass clarinet score. Sorry, I can't recall who produced the score. Good luck!
