175 shipping? Nty.

And looking at the interior pictures, I would NEVER put a bari in that lol.

A couple of 2x4 chunks of wood to keep the horn from sliding around? No, I don't think so.....

Never in a million years would I ever consider putting my bari in that thing.

It's BAAAAAAACK!

This was on eBay well over a year ago. Generated quite a response in a thread then too, lol....

I have seen it listed several times now. If you don't want this one, you can buy his re-lacquered 12m missing a neck for $2150 though.

the thread title was meant to be sarcastic sorry. I got a BAM a couple of years back after Randall swore by his and don't even look back at any other case. I have a WJ that I got for 50 bucks, and use that on occasion if I have to bring a Bb and a low A horn *some concert band settings we use two baris and one of the alto players uses one of my horns*. I just laughed hysterically when I saw it, and looking at the price laughed even harder.

THat thing is hideous, not to mention heavy, impractical, unsafe, expensive, worthless, pointless, dumb... The list does go on.

Could be worse - it could've been made from solid gold.

The heaviest bari case I've encountered was a 5 Star aluminium flight case, unfortunately it housed an SA80II bari instead of something of real value.
